About This Catalog<br />
Specification References<br />
The specifications cited in catalog descriptions may<br />
undergo a series of revisions (indicated by successive<br />
suffix letters) to keep current with industry changes and<br />
agency needs. Because it is not feasible to show the latest<br />
revision on the catalog publication date, only the basic<br />
specification is referenced in this catalog. Although stock<br />
items are always procured under the latest edition of a<br />
specification in effect at the time of procurement, on-hand<br />
stock that was procured under a previous edition of a<br />
specification will be issued until the supply is depleted.<br />
The National Stock Number<br />
The National Stock Number (NSN) is used for requisitioning,<br />
new procurements, existing contracts, shipments, shippers’<br />
invoices, payments, cataloging, stock records, etc.<br />
Accordingly, the items in this catalog are identified by<br />
