WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION 1.1 Cllr Noad welcomed Jenny Dibsdall and Lindsay Knight to their first meeting of the Trust Board. 1.2 Jenny Dibsdall is the new Independent Chairman for the Bromley Safeguarding Children Board. 1.3 Lindsay Knight has recently taken over as Interim Chair of the Children and Families Voluntary Sector Forum. 1.4 Appendix A provides an amended membership list for the Trust Board. 2. PUBLIC QUESTIONS 2.1 It was noted that no public questions had been submitted by the public. 3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST 3.1 No declarations of interest were made. MINUTES OF MEETING (MONDAY 21 SEPTEMBER 2009) AND MATTERS ARISING 4.1 Item 8: MyFuture Project 4.1.1 Michael Watts provided an update on the discussions between Paul King and Robert South. 4.1.2 The multi-agency Positive Activities Commissioning Group is currently identifying the service level that the borough requires from the project. 4.1.3 For 2010/11, it is intended that the present commissioning arrangement with Bromley Mytime will continue for delivery of MyFuture’s, but there will be a tendering activity for the delivery of a similar programme to commence in 2011, to which Bromley Mytime would be invited to apply for. 4.1.4 The Trust Board noted the update. 4.2 Minutes of the meeting on 21 September 2009 4.2.1 The minutes of the meeting on 21 September 2009 were agreed and will be published on the Trust website. • ACTION: Michael Watts to add to the website. 5. UPDATES FROM OTHER PARTNERSHIPS 5.1 Local Strategic Partnership Executive 5.1.1 Due to the meeting of the Local Strategic Partnership Executive on Monday 12 October 2009 being cancelled, there was no update for this meeting. 5.2 Bromley Safeguarding Children Board (BSCB) Executive 5.2.1 Merlin Joseph provided an update from the BSCB Executive. 5.2.2 The Trust Board were asked to note that updates from the BSCB Executive will be provided by Jenny Dibsdall from the next meeting of the Trust Board. 5.3 Health, Social Care and Housing (HSCH) Partnership Board 5.3.1 Mike Carney provided a verbal update from the HSCH Partnership Board meeting on 18 November 2009, in addition to the written report for the meeting on 17 September 2009. 5.4 Safer Bromley Partnership 5.4.1 Karen Fletcher-Wright provided an update from the Safer Bromley Partnership.
