NYCC Highways have indicated that there is an access potentially available from
The Acres and Jackson’s Drive. The impact of development on the highway
network will, however, need to be determined by a traffic assessment. This site
should not be viewed in isolation. A comprehensive development brief for the area
needs to be produced which will enable the cumulative impacts to be considered
and arrangements to secure funding for strategic infrastructure improvements to
be developed. The site is affected by a registered public right of way which must
be kept clear of any obstruction until such time as an alternate route has been
provided and confirmed by order.
