MS2100, Numerical Analysis & Programming (3 SKS)<br />
<strong>Short</strong> <strong>Syllabus</strong><br />
This course deals with the numerical solution to mathematical problems. Course<br />
description includes computer hardware and s<strong>of</strong>tware, basic programming (Basic, C,<br />
etc.), approximation and round-<strong>of</strong>f errors, truncation error and Taylor series, roots<br />
calculation, regression and interpolation <strong>of</strong> functions, matrix and linear algebra,<br />
numerical integration, ordinary and partial differential equation.<br />
