• Regional Shore Infrastructure Plans (RSIPs)
–First round of plans completed.
–Will implement “top-down” Enterprise and CNIC facility asset management requirements.
–SW Region Integration Plan to be kicked off soon
• Intergraded Logistics Support Coordination (ILS)
–Coordination with NAVFAC HQ, CNIC and Region on future warfighter requirements that
feed “top-down” into the GSIP and rSIP planning.
–Siting Studies for new West Coast Unmanned Aviation; Facilities Support Plan for the
Navy’s new multi-mission destroyer; Power Studies in support of new Platforms, Facility
Assessment of the Littoral Combat Ship; Siting Study for US Coast Guard new Cutters.
• Navy & Marine Corps special planning studies and project documentation:
–Base specific or geographic/complex specific (i.e. mini Master Plans), DD1391s, Facility
siting analysis, Anti-Terrorism, Noise, Traffic/parking, Installation Appearance Plans,
other misc. studies
• Encroachment Studies/Encroachment Action Plans
• GIS
–Assessments of “encroachment” threats to military bases, ranges and military air
training routes
–May led to “Encroachment Partnering”
–Updating and sustaining data/layers
