Asset Management (Planning)<br />
• Regional Shore Infrastructure Plans (RSIPs)<br />

–Will implement “top-down” Enterprise and CNIC facility asset management requirements.<br />

siting analysis, Anti-Terrorism, Noise, Traffic/parking, Installation Appearance Plans,<br />

–Assessments of “encroachment” threats to military bases, ranges and military air<br />
