EU support to the bypass project<br />
EU has recently approved a € 8.5M grant to the<br />
project in order to finance:<br />
• (1) The environmental mitigation measures along the bypass<br />
• (2) Technical assistance in view of an environmental ‘clean<br />
up’<br />
• (3) Preparation of a master plan for the freed up land in the<br />
city centre.<br />
