SVENEMA
develops, designs,
and produces custom
lift trolleys.
Our primary focus is designing and
producing lifters for cleanroom and other
‘clean’ environments where hygiene, cGMP’s,
and optimum ergonomic efficiency are of
primary importance. All of our lifters are
of course produced in stainless steel and
have a hygienic design.
Our extensive experience with designing and building customized
lift equipment for clean room applications allows us to
quickly offer solutions to our clients. We can offer an efficient,
optimized, cost effective lifter for many applications. Through
the years, we have helped customers world wide in the pharmaceutical
and related industries by provided more efficient and
‘cleaner’ handling of drums, film rolls, containers etc.

System Solution
With our extensive experience with
‘System Thinking,’ we can design
and build the right lifting tools for
your needs.
Svenema’s extensive experience with designing and building customized
lifters allows for optimized solutions for our clients. Svenema began years
ago with a collaboration with a client and worked with that client on a
‘Total System’ approach to their hygienic lifting solution. The Total System
approach includes a full understanding of the client’s operations as it
relates to the lifting challenge. We also take into account future demands
of the operation, ergonomics, the personnel who will use the lifter, and
cost.
During the dialog with the client, we quickly produce a rough 3D drawing
to offer a starting point for a design. Most times we are able to utilize a
current design and with further customer dialog, simply modify it for the
current application. Our CAD design allows for quick adjustments to the
design up through the drawing approval process. We also offer complete
documentation and FAT packages if required. Svenema becomes a true
partner with its clients.

From heavy packing rolls to lifting and tilting large drums, the
MAXI is the optimum choice.

Lifter
Column Lifter
Svenema has a unique concept for smaller column lifters up to 300 kg.
They are based on the same technology as the Maxi portable lift trolleys,
but without wheels and is bolted to the floor.
The column can be fixed or can have a
rotating base.
The column lifter is battery operated it is easy
to install. Simply plug into an 110VAC wall socket.
The lift automatically switches from operation mode
to charging.
Can be customized in the same way as other
Svenema products.

Manual lifters
For applications where electrical operated lifters can
not be used Svenema has a range of manual lifters up to 300 kg.
The lifters are all in stainless steel with a hygienic design to fit in
most clean room applications.

In material handling it is important to see to the whole flow
of the actual goods and not only to the particular lift issue.
Therefore Svenema try to develop the lifter together with
ergonomic specialists. The result is that our program includes
the small helpful accessories swell as the major lifters.
