In some cases, according to a statement from the U.S. attorney, he charged for respiratory equipment that was never delivered. “The three companies that Taylor owned— Vejay Oxygen, Inc., West Suburban Medical Rental, Inc., and Westborough Home <strong>Health</strong>, Inc.—allegedly defrauded Medicare and Massachusetts Blue Cross/Blue Shield of more than $915,000 from 1993 to 2003. “Taylor could face a maximum 10 years in prison and a fine up to $250,000.
