CPS-201 Card dispenser
This feeds the system with virgin cards from a
vertical feeder or rejects them if they are not empty. It
includes:
• RFID card read/write module
• Card insertion handling device with:
- Compact pneumatic cylinder for the horizontal axis.
- Parallel rod pneumatic cylinder for the vertical axis.
- 2 suction pads with vacuum ejector.
• Gravity feeder.
• Card feeding handling device comprised of:
- Sliding table for the horizontal axis.
- Parallel rod pneumatic cylinder for the vertical axis.
- 2 suction pads with vacuum ejector.
• Status indication light tree.
• Conveyor belt.
• Control panel with built-in PLC.

CPS-202 Card printer

The second station prints out the cards which arrive
from the first station and returns them to the conveyor
belt once printed. It includes:
• RFID card reading module.
• Card feeding handling device with:
- Rodless pneumatic cylinder for the horizontal axis.
- Parallel rod pneumatic cylinder for the vertical axis.
- 2 suction pads with vacuum ejector.
• Colour card printer, printing both sides with USB
port.
• Card publishing software.
• Card positioning handling device which includes:
- Rodless pneumatic cylinder for the horizontal axis.
- Parallel rod pneumatic cylinder for the vertical axis.
- 2 suction pads with vacuum ejector.
• Status indication light tree.
• Conveyor belt.
• Control panel with built-in PLC.

CPS-203 Card classification/storage

criteria. It includes:

- 4 plastic boxes with 4 photoelectric sensors.
• HMI which provides information on the status of the various warehouse positions.
• Status indication beacon.
• Conveyor belt.
• Control panel with built-in PLC.
