(57) Pronalazak se odnosi na mehanizam za savijanje<br />

dijagonalne žice binor nosača, koji se sastoji od dva<br />

identična lančana prenosnika (1) i (2), gde je donji<br />

lančani prenosnik (1) postavljen ispod gornjeg lančanog<br />

prenosnika (2). Na lancu lančanog prenosnika (1) kao i<br />

na lancu lančanog prenosnika (2) postavljen je isti broj<br />

sklopova nosača (17) na kojima su montirani alati (18).<br />

Lanac lančanog prenosnika (1) postavljen je na lančanik<br />

(13), a preko sklopa nosača (17) na donje spoljašnje<br />

krivulje (9) i na donju unutrašnju krivulju (11). Lanac<br />

lančanog prenosnika (2) postavljen na lančanik (14), a<br />

preko sklopa nosača (17) na gornje spoljašnje krivulje<br />

(10) i na gornju unutrašnju krivulju (12). Na svakom<br />

nosaču (17) postavljeno je jedno kotrljajno ležište (20).<br />

Na svakoj osovinici (16) lamela (15) lanca postavljena<br />

su dva kotrljajna ležišta (19) i dve čaure (37), pri čemu<br />

osovinica (16) prolazi kroz otvore (30) na nosaču (17).<br />

Nosač (17) je delimično okretan oko na osovinici (16).<br />

Nosač (17) je povezan oprugama (21) na lamele (15)<br />

lanca i stalno se oslanja preko kotrljajnog ležišta (20) na<br />

unutrašnju krivulju (11, 12), a preko kotrljajnih ležišta<br />

(19) na dve spoljašnje krivulje (9, 10). Kotrljanje<br />

kotrljajnih ležišta (20) po spoljašnjim krivuljama (9, 10)<br />

traje samo u jednom delu obrtaja, a kotrljanje kotrljajnih<br />

ležišta (19) po unutrašnjim krivuljama (11, 12) odvija se<br />

stalno. Lančani prenosnici (1) i (2) su međusobno<br />

zakrenuti za izvestan mali ugao od 36 minuta.. Lančani<br />

prenosnici (1) i (2) alatima (18) povlače žicu (43), koja<br />

prolazeći između njih izlazi sa formiranim talasom<br />

odgovarajuće visine (H) i koraka (C).<br />

(54) MECHANISM FOR BENDING DIAGONAL<br />

WIRE OF LATTICE GIRDER - BINOR<br />

(57) Invention herewith described refers to the<br />

mechanism for bending diagonal wire of the lattice<br />

girder " binor consisting of two identical chain<br />

transmissions (1) and (2), whereat the lower chain<br />

transmission (1) is located under the upper chain<br />

transmission (2). On the transmission (1) chain and the<br />

transmission (2) chain there is set the same number of<br />

girder assemblies (17) with the tools (18) mounted on<br />

them. The transmission (1) chain is mounted on the<br />

chain pulley (13), and through the girder assembly (17)<br />

on the lower outer curve (9) and the lower inner curve<br />

(11). The transmission (2) chain is mounted on the chain<br />

pulley (14), and through the girder assembly (17) it is<br />

mounted on the upper outer curve (10) and the upper<br />

inner curve (12). On each girder (17) there is mounted<br />

one roller bearing (20). On each pin (16) of the chain<br />

plates (15) there are mounted two roller bearings (19)<br />

and two sleeves (37), with the pin (16) passing through<br />

the openings (30) on the girder (17). The girder (17) can<br />

partially swivel around the pin (16). The girder (17) is<br />

through springs (21) connected with plates (15) of the<br />

chain and constantly rests through the roller bearing (20)<br />

on the inner curve (11, 12), and through the roller<br />

bearings (19) on the two outer curves (9, 10). Rolling of<br />

the roller bearings (20) along the outer curves (9, 10)<br />

lasts for only one part of the revolution, and the rolling<br />

of the roller bearings (19) along the inner curves (11.12)<br />

is performed continuously. The chain transmissions (1)<br />

and (2) are mutually rotated at a certain small angle of<br />

36 minutes. The chain transmissions (1) and (2) with<br />

tools (18) draw wire (43), which passing between them<br />

comes out with formed wave of the appropriate height<br />

(H) and the pace (C).<br />
