(57) Obilazili prepumpni filter ispusta vode je namenjen
za protoke tehnoloških ili bazenskih voda koje zahtevaju
prečišćavanje filterom za daljnje korišćenje u toplotne ili
druge svrhe. Uređaj je prilagodljiv konstrukcijom za sve
lokacije i kapacitete kao i za automatsko upravljanje
prema potrebi. Proces se vodi tako da prljavština koju
donosi voda ima mogućnost da značajan deo odlazi
prelivom u kanalizaciju umesto da se cela zadržava na
filteru, tako daje lakše posluživanje i sigurniji pogon.
Jednostavna konstrukcija tehnički funkcionalnog rešenja
udovoljava i sanitarne i ekološke propise i čini ga
konkurentnim u svakom pogledu danas poznatim
filterima u ove svrhe.

(57) Sigurnosna omča, sastavljena od kućišta (1) sa
providnim poklopcem (11)u čijem su trapeznom žlebu
(2), izvedenom u kućištu (1), postavljeno dva po obimu
nareckana valjcica (3) potiskivana čeličnim perima (5),
učvršćenim u kućištu (1). U četvrtastom žlebu (8) kućišta (1)
postavljen je završetak (7) jednog kraja čeličnog užeta
(6), pri čemu je drugi kraj provučen kroz ulazni otvor
(9), izmedju dva valjčića (3) i izlazni otvor (10) kućišta
(1). Poklopac (11) učvršćen je varenjem za kućište (1).

(54) PRE-PUMP BY-PASS FILTER OF WATER OUTLET
(57) Invention herewith described refers to the pre-pump
by-pass filter of water outlet designed for flow of
technological or basin waters requiring filter purification
for future use for heating or other purposes. By its design
the device is adaptable to all locations and facilities as
well as to the automatic control if necessary. The process
is conducted so that the significant part of dirt brought
by water goes by overflow into the sewer instead of all
detaining on the filter, thus allowing easier service and
safer operation. The simple design of the technically
functional solution meets the sanitary and environmental
regulations and makes it competitive in every way with
nowadays known filters for this purpose.
(57) Invention herewith described refers to the safety
loop consisting of the housing (s) with transparent cover
(11) in whose trapezoidal groove (2) made in the
housing (1), there are installed two small rollers (3)
jagged along the circumference, pushed by steel tongues
(5), fixed in the housing (1). In the rectangular groove
(3) of the housing (1) there is placed one end (7) of the
wire rope (6), while the other end is pulled through the
inlet (9), between two small rollers (3) and the outlet
(10) of the housing (1). The cover (11) is fixed to the
housing (1) by welding.
