Cooking Class
After the Thai Cuisine cooking class, we
introduced a French Cuisine cooking class for our
staff to pick up some delectable and healthy French
recipes. This included Chicken with Zucchini in
Lemon Mustard Sauce and Mushroom Crepe Cake!

Hi Peter,
I hope this email finds you well.
This email comes a little too late, but I would like to thank
Ronald and his team for making an extra effort to come
down and support us for this event. It was through one of
our meetings only few days before where we told Ronald
about the event. Without any question, Ronald agreed to
sponsor the candy floss and popcorn for the event. This last
minute addition has brought cheers and delight to the kids at
the event.
The team has even take time off to help us for the event, even
though they are in the midst of several events in the following
week. We are very grateful for their sponsorship of the treats,
their help and support. A big thank you once again.

Dear Mr Goh,
On behalf of my General Secretary, Brother Hock Soon and Chairman of our
recently-concluded Golf Event, Sister Helen, I would like to show my heartfelt
appreciation to all the OCC staff who had lent their support to this event. From the
golf team to the banquet team, this event would not have been a success without
them!
My special appreciation would have to go to July, our main liaison for the whole
event. She has done a marvelous job!
Knowing that this is a fund-raising event, she took the initiative to arrange a
sportswear vendor to contribute part of their sales proceeds to us. FDAWU is truly
grateful for that.
I also want to commend her on her pre-event service as her high job competency
gave us great confidence to let her handle the golf matters and allowed us fully
focus on fund-raising. She also gave sound advice to us when our event was hit by
heavy rain. She even stayed back to ensure that non-golfers like us announced the
results accurately.
We are indeed very happy to have the opportunity to work with July and hope for
more to come.
In addition, OCC has always been very generous and supportive for this event. We
also like to take this chance to say a big THANK YOU!
We look forward to work with OCC in the future.

We would like to extend our commendation to your staff of Golfing
Department for the professional and courteous manner that have
accorded to our SSG members during the conduct of our Annual
Golf Tournament on Wednesday, 12 June 2013. We received a great
deal of positive feedbacks from those who participated in the
tournament and many have already expressed their interest to
return and play at your pristine course again.
The use of Orchid Country Club and its facilities was very much
appreciated.
Your generous contribution in offering us a great deal and other
necessary arrangement was instrumental in helping us to attain
our goals in furthering and promoting the game of golf. All of
these would not have been possible without your help.

To the Management of Orchid Country Club,
I recently had the opportunity to participate in the SG Cup that was
organised in which I played under the Union umbrella. I would like to
take this opportunity to offer my most sincere congratulations to the
management team of Orchid Country Club for the immense success
of this event. Throughout the tournament, the game flow was very
smooth, due to the marshals' efficient control. In fact, despite a full
turnout, we completed the entire game in 4 1/2 hours, which is no small
feat! The playing conditions were ideal too, with well-manicured greens
and ample time between flights. On top of that, the post tournament
dinner was sumptuous, not to mention the many lucky draw prizes for
the participants! The live band performance truly ended the day with a
superb note.
All in all, I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that I enjoyed myself
thoroughly. Congratulations once again. Kudos to Orchid Country Club,
and I am looking forward to the next event!
