<strong>Terms</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Conditions</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Trial</strong> <strong>Me</strong> <strong>Free</strong>! Promotion<br />

1. The <strong>Trial</strong> <strong>Me</strong> <strong>Free</strong> <strong>of</strong>fer is open to catering trade customers aged 18 or over <strong>and</strong> resident in<br />

<strong>the</strong> UK (including Nor<strong>the</strong>rn Irel<strong>and</strong>), except employees <strong>of</strong> Nestlé UK Ltd, <strong>the</strong>ir immediate<br />

families, agents or anyone associated with <strong>the</strong> administration <strong>of</strong> this <strong>of</strong>fer.<br />

2. Customers are required to trial <strong>the</strong>ir NESCAFÉ <strong>Alegria</strong> A510 c<strong>of</strong>fee machine for a period <strong>of</strong><br />

14 days from <strong>the</strong> date <strong>of</strong> purchase, before applying for a full refund. Applications received<br />

within 14 days <strong>of</strong> purchase will be deemed to be invalid.<br />

3. Customers who purchase a NESCAFÉ <strong>Alegria</strong> A510 c<strong>of</strong>fee machine at participating retailers<br />

between 1 st April 2012 <strong>and</strong> 31 st May 2012 (both dates inclusive) may claim a full refund in<br />

<strong>the</strong> form <strong>of</strong> a cheque if <strong>the</strong>y are not completely satisfied with <strong>the</strong> product. Applications are<br />

limited to one per business.<br />

4. The <strong>Trial</strong> <strong>Me</strong> <strong>Free</strong>! <strong>of</strong>fer is open to businesses registered in <strong>the</strong> UK only <strong>and</strong> only available on<br />

purchases made at participating retailers. The participating retailers are: Booker, Lyreco,<br />

Makro, Office Depot <strong>and</strong> Staples.<br />

5. Cheque refunds will be made payable to <strong>the</strong> business name stated on <strong>the</strong> supplied invoice,<br />

unless o<strong>the</strong>rwise stated on <strong>the</strong> completed application form.<br />

6. The refund value will be <strong>the</strong> amount paid as indicated on <strong>the</strong> supplied original invoice plus<br />

<strong>the</strong> sum <strong>of</strong> £8.00 towards <strong>the</strong> refund <strong>of</strong> inward postage. The maximum refund that can be<br />

claimed is £119.99 plus £8.00 postage refund.<br />

7. Products included in <strong>the</strong> Money Back Guarantee are:<br />

i) NESCAFÉ <strong>Alegria</strong> A510 0.8L<br />

ii) NESCAFÉ <strong>Alegria</strong> A510 2.0L<br />

iii) NESCAFÉ <strong>Alegria</strong> A510 2.0L + 6 <strong>Free</strong> C<strong>of</strong>fee Cartridges<br />

8. Claims relating to products purchased before 1 st <strong>of</strong> April <strong>and</strong> after 31 st May 2012 will not be<br />

accepted.<br />

9. To claim your refund, please send your completed claim form (found at www.nescafe-­‐<br />

alegria.com/trial), toge<strong>the</strong>r with your original sales receipt, <strong>the</strong> NESCAFÉ <strong>Alegria</strong> machine in<br />

original undamaged box <strong>and</strong> supplied c<strong>of</strong>fee cartridges to: <strong>Trial</strong> <strong>Me</strong> <strong>Free</strong> Promotion, Dept<br />

1033, PO Box 1199, Luton, LU1 9BN. The receipt will be returned to you with your refund<br />

cheque.<br />

10. All claim forms should be received by no later than 21 st June 2012. No claim forms will be<br />

accepted after this date. Pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> posting will not be accepted as pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> receipt. No<br />

responsibility can be accepted by <strong>the</strong> Promoter for claims which are delayed, damaged or<br />

lost. It is recommended that you make copies <strong>of</strong> all documents before posting <strong>the</strong>m to <strong>the</strong><br />

indicated claim address.<br />

11. Illegible or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in<br />

accordance with <strong>the</strong>se terms <strong>and</strong> conditions.<br />

12. There is no credit alternative to this <strong>of</strong>fer.<br />

13. All instructions provided on <strong>the</strong> promotional website at www.nescafe-­‐alegria.com/trial <strong>and</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> claim form, are part <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>se terms <strong>and</strong> conditions. By claiming a refund, applicants will<br />

be deemed to have read <strong>and</strong> accepted <strong>the</strong>se terms <strong>and</strong> conditions.<br />

14. The Promoter reserves <strong>the</strong> right to withdraw <strong>the</strong> promotion at any time.<br />

15. Please allow 28 days from receipt <strong>of</strong> your application for receipt <strong>of</strong> your cheque. If you have<br />

any queries on your application, if your cheque does not arrive, or <strong>the</strong>re is a problem with<br />

your cheque upon receipt please email alegria@fixedfee.co.uk


16. The decision <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Promoter in all matters, is final.<br />
