The Group is founded on the concept of
local retailing. Mr Bricolage intends to open
stores as close as possible to its customers,
in the very heart of cities. Adapted to an
urban customer base, networks with retail
space of 1,000 to 2,000 m 2 meet current
consumption needs. Customers are welcomed,
given advice and can find essential
products for repair jobs, storage, gardening
and all their hardware, electrical and
houseware needs. “Following the opening
of stores in Tours and Strasbourg, we have
projects in Paris and twenty other large
cities,” explains Jacques Blanchet, Deputy
Chief Executive Officer. “The aim is to open
15 stores by 2014.”
