is calculated by dividing the total number of points earned under the correct category by the
number of courses taken. The GPA score earned is available on the report card and transcript in
both Semesters 1 and 2.
The GPA is cumulative only for classes taken at the International School of Belgrade.

7 Excellent- Scholarship is outstanding and far
exceeds teacher expectations. Demonstrates
consistent evidence of analysis, synthesis, and
evaluation.
6 Very Good- Scholarship exceeds teacher
expectations. Work is consistently of a high
standard and shows consistent evidence of
analysis, synthesis, and evaluation.
5 Good- Scholarship is generally of a good
standard. Has a consistent and thorough understanding
of required knowledge and skills.
4 Satisfactory- Scholarship is maintained at
satisfactory level. Is able to apply the required
knowledge and skills effectively.
3 Mediocre- Scholarship is weak in many areas.
Has limited understanding of the required
