SHORT TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Lump-Sum tenders in Form “F” are invited on behalf of the Governor of
C.G. in the office of the undersigned up to 3.00 P.M. on 14.09.2007 for the construction of
R.C.C. Over Head Tank under different Piped Water Supply scheme of Korea District on
TURN-KEY-JOB-BASIS from contractors registered in class S-I and above in Public Health
Engineering Department C.G. The technical offer shall be opened on the due date i.e. on
14.09.2007 at 3.30 P.M. in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representative who may
choose to be present. The date and place of opening of financial offer will be intimated to the
tenderers subsequently after opening of technical offer.

Notes :
The tender documents can be had during office hours from the office of the
undersigned on any working day up to 13.09.2007 on payment of cost of tender
documents. The documents can also be had through post by depositing Rs. 200.00 extra,
but in the event of postal delay, the department will not be responsible.
The application for issue of tender documents should be submitted in the office
of undersigned on 11.09.2007 up to 5.30 P.M. accompanied with the following document:-
1. Current Income-tax clearance/Assessment Certificate from the competent authority
up to date.
2. Valid registration certificate in class S-I and above for construction of R.C.C. over
head service reservoir in PHED, C.G.
3. List of works in progress, list of contract already held by the tender at the time of
submitting the tender in the tender in the department and else where showing there in
the amount of each contract, balance of work remaining to be done, and due date of
completion as per work order.
4. The experience certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive
Engineer.
5. List of tools and plants available with the tenderers.
6. Validity of offer will be 180 days from opening of financial offer
