It was IDP Project meeting.
Discussed: activities during the last month, Cases, Special events and future
plans. Also discussed about the current situation in the District and agreed to
work more closely and strengthen our coordination.

We discussed each organization mandate, activities, near future programmes,
and current situation in district.
Also discussed how we can help to each other with the available resources
and agreed to have close contacts.
Project explained what is the role of the HRCSL in the coming registration of
vote, how it going to be monitor it, what assistance are expected from the
Asst. Election Commissioner and how project going to pass this massage to
the Grama Nillathries through an Awareness Programme.
The Commissioner is very much interested in having a programme like this to
the GSs. He promised to come as resource person and provide all the
support to us to achieve our target that is all the eligible IDPs get registration.

The Government Agent

Project explained what is the role of the HRCSL in the coming registration of
votes, how it going to be monitor it, what assistance are expected from the
Government Agent and how we going to pass this massage to the Grama
