Multi-Parame<strong>te</strong>r portable me<strong>te</strong>rs with GLP functions<br />
handylab pH/LF12 and handylab multi12<br />
Calibration<br />
For pH is a fully automatic one or two point<br />
calibration with <strong>te</strong>chnical buffers available.<br />
Conductivity and oxygen sensors can be<br />
calibra<strong>te</strong>d using the calibration automatic.<br />
Af<strong>te</strong>r automatic calibration, a sensor symbol<br />
signals the sta<strong>te</strong> of the calibra<strong>te</strong>d sensor. The<br />
adjustable calibration timer can remind the<br />
user that calibration is due.<br />
The multi-parame<strong>te</strong>r pocket me<strong>te</strong>rs handylab<br />
pH/LF12 and handylab multi12 in shockproof,<br />
wa<strong>te</strong>r-tight casings are ideally sui<strong>te</strong>d<br />
for field work.<br />
Measurement parame<strong>te</strong>rs<br />
The measurement parame<strong>te</strong>rs pH, redox<br />
po<strong>te</strong>ntial, conductivity and <strong>te</strong>mperature<br />
means that the handylab pH/LF12 has a<br />
variety of uses. The handylab multi12 can<br />
also be used to measure the oxygen concentration<br />
in solutions.<br />
Measurement memory and in<strong>te</strong>rface<br />
The me<strong>te</strong>rs have a data logger which means<br />
that measurements can be recorded manually<br />
or automatically triggered by a timer and<br />
can then be evalua<strong>te</strong>d at a la<strong>te</strong>r da<strong>te</strong>. Both<br />
me<strong>te</strong>rs have a serial in<strong>te</strong>rface type RS 232<br />
(bi-directional) to connect them to a compu<strong>te</strong>r.<br />
Measurement accuracy<br />
The additional special function AutoRead<br />
serves to monitor the drift of the sensor.<br />
The value is only released once it has<br />
reached the stability cri<strong>te</strong>ria. This enables<br />
the measured values to be reproduced.<br />
Power supply<br />
Both multi parame<strong>te</strong>r pocket me<strong>te</strong>rs can be<br />
used for about 2500 hours independently of<br />
a mains supply using four commonly available<br />
bat<strong>te</strong>ries. When the bat<strong>te</strong>ries are<br />
changed, all calibration and memory data<br />
remains in the memory. If used with bat<strong>te</strong>ries,<br />
the display will indica<strong>te</strong> in plenty of time<br />
when the bat<strong>te</strong>ries are due to be changed.<br />
The me<strong>te</strong>rs can also be connec<strong>te</strong>d to the<br />
mains power supply using the optional<br />
power pack.<br />
Sensors<br />
We supply the handylab pH/LF12<br />
set with suitable pH and conductivity<br />
sensors. The<br />
handylab multi12 set<br />
contains additionally<br />
an oxygen<br />
sensor.<br />
Ready to start<br />
The multi parame<strong>te</strong>r pocket me<strong>te</strong>rs handylab<br />
pH/LF12 and handylab multi12 are available<br />
as a comple<strong>te</strong> set with sensors, calibration<br />
and main<strong>te</strong>nance accessories all together<br />
in a case. Using this set you can start<br />
work immedia<strong>te</strong>ly.<br />
