Application Procedure
and Payment Schedule
Complete the enclosed Exhibit Space Application and Contract and
return it with a check for the required deposit of 25% of your total space.
Applications will not be considered valid without the required deposit
check. The deposit is non-refundable.
A second payment of 25% must be postmarked on or before February
28, 2007 and the final 50% of your total assigned exhibit space must be
postmarked on or before September 30, 2007.

The variation in the association member space rates is to offset the
difference in membership dues. The dues for AEM are higher than the
membership dues for NSSGA and NRMCA, so the space rates are devised
to balance out the monies spent by each different member.
Exhibitors who are members of more than one of the owner associations
offering discounted rates must choose their membership affiliation on the
Exhibit Space Application and Contract.

Membership Rates
To receive the discounted member rates for CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2008,
companies must adhere to the membership guidelines and eligibility for
the association that best suits its market. As a member of one of the
sponsoring associations including AEM, NRMCA or NSSGA, your company
will benefit from reduced exhibit space prices.

Exhibitor Package Plan
Exhibitors at CONEXPO-CON/AGG are unique in that they enjoy a
comprehensive package to include drayage, daily cleaning and other
services to save up to $3.75 per net square foot. Included in your 2008
exhibit space rates are the following services:
■ Unloading and reloading of all crated shipments from trucks.
■ Delivery of machinery and crates to exhibit spaces from the
marshalling area and pick-up of same crates at the close of the show.
■ Removal of cleating and blocking on inbound shipments, including
materials and planking.
■ Handling of inbound and outbound shipments of exhibit materials.
■ Operating self-propelled equipment and providing planking where
required.
■ Spotting of exhibitors’ machinery for the initial installation only as the
equipment is delivered to the exhibitors’ spaces (provided an exhibitor
representative is present at placement).
■ Exhibit crate removal, storage and return to exhibit stand at the close
of the show.
■ General cleaning of exhibit stands, including carpet cleaning,
sweeping of outdoor exhibit floors, and emptying wastebaskets.
■ Pipe and drape for indoor standard inline exhibit stands.
