I would guess so if he’s your BFF. I wouldn’t risk that friendship by professing feelings that he may not share. If you’re lucky and he does feel the same then let him come to you, but to me a good friendship isn’t worth the risk. All the best. My advice to you is to talk to your friends. If they are really your friends (which I’m sure they are) they’ll understand. It would also be good to come up with some ways to have fun without spending money. Maybe you could go on a picnic in a local park or have a movie night at your house and everyone brings a movie from home. WHAT SHOULD I DO JULIE? –INVISIBLE IN SACRAMENTO Dear Invisible in Sacramento, Being the youngest is hard, but don’t fret: the solution is quick and painless! Talk to your parents and tell them how you feel then suggest some one- on- one time once a week or so. Try to go to a movie or have dinner. Even if you can’t go out once a week, be sure to find a few minutes to talk to them. Tell them about your day, ask for their advice when you need some, or just tell them you love them. Remember: your parents maybe busy but they love you. And if that doesn’t work, know that you’re the youngest and your siblings have to move out sometime! ;) With the warmest wishes. I got up and noticed there was this group of really cute guys. As I got up to move I fell down flat on my butt in front everyone! They all gasped in shock and I was screaming. I was so embarrassed! I got up and moved to the next car as quickly as possible. Areana, age 15 One day, I was hanging out with one of my friends after my brother’s basketball game. My friend decided that she wanted to mess with me, so she hit me and took off running. Naturally, I had to get her back, so I ran right after her. She ran up onto the sidewalk and when I tried to run after her, my non-running shoes slipped on the curb and I fell right in front of the entire boys’ varsity basketball team! Everyone on my brother’s team started laughing at me and I was so embarrassed. After that, every time I saw the team they would make fun of me. I am never running without proper shoes again! Anttionette, age 15 My grandma was having a sleepover for all her grandchildren and we were all spending the night. I was talking to a couple cousins when another cousin came up from behind me and decided to pants me in front everyone! It was so embarrassing and everyone was laughing at me! SS
