what we did:
The stylist did a one-length cut with some layers
and straightened Sahara’s hair. She fi rst thinned
her hair with texturizing scissors to “take out
bulk.” Then she straightened it with a fl at iron.
products:
First they washed Sahara’s hair using Super
Skinny shampoo and conditioner to reduce frizz.
Smoothing Serum was used during straightening.
special tips:
• Make sure hair is completely dry
• Use smoothing product sparingly (that means don’t
use too much!).
• Stick to straightening really small sections at a time.
what we did:
Audrey’s stylist gave her a stacked A-line cut
(shorter layers in back then angles out into the
front). She also cut the layers in the front at an
angle to frame Audrey’s face.
products:
Before blow drying, Paul Mitchell Extra-Body Sculpting
Foam and Thicken-It-Up styling liquid was used to
create volume. Dry wax and Body Firm Finishing Spray
were used to complete her style.
special tips:
• Get a Trim every 6-8 weeks to keep the shape and
style of the cut fresh.
• Blow dry hair on low with a round brush.
• Finish with a fl at iron making sure to pay attention
to ends of the hair. Ends should be rounded under.
