Remittance : The lifting airline is responsible for the remittance.<br />

flights. If not collected at ticket sale, lifting carrier responsible for<br />

collection and remittance.<br />

Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.<br />

France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal,<br />

Spain, Sweden.<br />

2b. Non Schengen countries are: Ireland, United Kingdom.<br />

NB: All "Schengen" or "Non-Schengen" countries are EU countries.<br />

3. Other European countries are countries which are situated in<br />

Europe but not member of the European Union.<br />

4. French Overseas Departments are: Guadeloupe, French Guiana,<br />

Martinique, Reunion.<br />
