Alyssa Marie Sebold is 17 years<br />

old with hazel green eyes and<br />

brown hair and is <strong>the</strong> daughter of<br />

Jill and Michael with him she<br />

resides and her three bro<strong>the</strong>rs in<br />

Belvidere. She enjoys sports and<br />

is active in gymnastics, soccer,<br />

softball, field hockey, cheerleading<br />

and participates in cross country<br />

as well as being able to play <strong>the</strong><br />

piano and sing. She is currently a<br />

junior in High School and a class<br />

representative and serves on <strong>the</strong><br />

Alyssa Marie Sebold Belvidere FFA Sentinel. Outside of<br />

school Alyssa works at Mackey’s<br />

Orchards and <strong>the</strong> Sullivan Trail<br />

Assisted Living Facility as well as volunteering to assist with<br />

teaching CCD at St. Rose of Lima Church in Oxford. It may appear<br />

that she has a full plate; however she only fills her life and makes<br />

time for <strong>the</strong> things that mean a lot to her and things she wants to<br />

be a part of. All of <strong>the</strong>se activities have an important role in her life<br />

and make her who she is today. Being a part of <strong>the</strong> <strong>Warren</strong> <strong>County</strong><br />

<strong>Farmers</strong>’ <strong>Fair</strong> is <strong>the</strong> next thing she would like to embrace.<br />

Jeanette Sarah Torretta is 17<br />

years old with brown eyes and red<br />

hair and resides with her parents<br />

Dan and Alayne and her bro<strong>the</strong>r in<br />

Lopatcong Township. She attends<br />

Phillipsburg High School and is on<br />

<strong>the</strong> dance team. She enjoys and<br />

has participated in dance, leadership<br />

camp, drama club and chorus.<br />

Jeanette’s hobbies include making<br />

bracelets, painting, and she has<br />

been an active 4-H member for 11<br />

years, joining <strong>the</strong> newest club in<br />

<strong>the</strong> county <strong>the</strong> Barnyard Bruisers<br />

Jeanette Sarah Torretta roller derby 4-H club. She is<br />

President of <strong>the</strong> 4-H Teen Council<br />

this year, which she has been a<br />

member of for four years. They run <strong>the</strong> milk booth at <strong>the</strong> fair and<br />

participate in 4-H Teen Russian/American International<br />

Leadership (TRAIL) program. This year <strong>the</strong>y will travel to Karelia,<br />

Russia in June and several families in <strong>the</strong> area will be ‘host’ to<br />

Russian teens visiting our county in July. Jeanette has been a part<br />

of <strong>the</strong> 4-H North Jersey Teen Conference planning committee, conducting<br />

workshops for her peers for <strong>the</strong> past two years. Upon graduation<br />

Jeanette plans on attending Rutgers to major in Marine<br />

Biology with a minor in psychology and hopes to work in educating<br />

<strong>the</strong> public on conserving <strong>the</strong> earth’s natural resources.<br />

<strong>Fair</strong>’s Fabulous Ice Cream Sundae on<br />

Sunday – While Supplies Last!<br />

Don’t miss our <strong>Fair</strong> Queen & Princess, along with fair directors,<br />

scooping up <strong>the</strong> delicious ice cream sundae on Sunday July 28,<br />

at 5:00 pm on <strong>the</strong> dance floor. You can enjoy a free ice cream<br />

sundae with all <strong>the</strong> toppings.<br />

We ask that you be patient while you wait to be served and go<br />

through <strong>the</strong> line once so everyone has a chance to have a sundae.<br />

Our sponsors this year for <strong>the</strong> sundae are Schwan’s Ice<br />

Cream and Home Plate Dairy, Rt. 57 Stewartsville. Thanks for<br />

supporting <strong>the</strong> <strong>Farmers</strong>’ <strong>Fair</strong>!<br />

2013-14 <strong>Warren</strong> <strong>County</strong> Dairy<br />

Princess – Holly Whitmore<br />

Holly is 18 years old and <strong>the</strong> daughter<br />

of Eric and Lisa Whitmore of<br />

Washington, NJ. Holly has a true love<br />

and passion for <strong>the</strong> dairy cow and<br />

promotion of milk. She feels that it is<br />

very important to make people aware<br />

of where <strong>the</strong>ir milk comes from and<br />

<strong>the</strong> nutritional values it is to <strong>the</strong>m for<br />

a healthy lifestyle. Holly is a member<br />

of <strong>the</strong> Asbury Jr. 4-H Dairy Club and<br />

also <strong>the</strong> <strong>Warren</strong> Hills FFA Chapter.<br />

Although she does not raise her own<br />

dairy animals, she has leased from<br />

local farmers. The Dairy Industry is<br />

in her blood going back to her great<br />

grandparents and her grandfa<strong>the</strong>r. Her great uncle and his family<br />

have an active dairy farm today.<br />

Holly is also very involved with sports and loves to play<br />

Lacrosse. She enjoys being involved with 4-H and showing Dairy,<br />

Beef, Rabbits and Goats. Holly plans to attend college and would<br />

love to pursue a career in Agriculture Education or Dairy Science.<br />
