RULES<br />
1. All Exhibits shall be brought to the Show Yard before 9<br />
am<br />
2. The Committee will not be responsible for any accident<br />
that may occur through, or to, the animal being<br />
exhibited, and will not in any case or in any<br />
circumstances hold themselves responsible for any loss,<br />
damage or mis-delivery.<br />
3. All exhibitors are reminded that they must comply with<br />
all current DEFRA/Animal Health regulations.<br />
4. All non halter led cattle must be offered for sale.<br />
5. Non halter led cattle must not be clipped other than for<br />
the purposes of hygiene.<br />
6. Halter led cattle and suckled calves may be entered for<br />
sale but please inform the secretary if they are to be<br />
offered for sale when making your entry.<br />
7. Winners of trophies are responsible for the safe custody<br />
of the same and return them suitably inscribed to the<br />
Hon. Secretaries at least one month before the next<br />
Show, except where they have been won outright.<br />
8. Where applicable in the Livestock Sections points are<br />
awarded as follows:-<br />
1 st : 4 Points 2 nd : 3 Points 3 rd : 2 Points<br />
9. All crop, handicraft and cookery entries to be in place by<br />
10. Sheep may be entered on the day of the show but must<br />
be at the market before 9 a.m.<br />
11. No entry fees will be refundable
