appointment <strong>of</strong> Ashutosh<br />
Chhibba as General Manager <strong>of</strong> ITC<br />
Mughal, Agra, a Luxury Collection<br />
hotel. Chhibba is an alumnus <strong>of</strong><br />
WelcomGroup Management Institute<br />
<strong>and</strong> has 21 years <strong>of</strong> expertise<br />
in Food & Beverage. His journey<br />
began with ITC <strong>Hotel</strong>s in1992 as<br />
the Banquet Manager in Chola<br />
Sheraton, Chennai <strong>and</strong> was posted<br />
at various ITC <strong>Hotel</strong> properties to<br />
shoulder responsibilities in different<br />
capacities <strong>and</strong> positions.<br />
Prior to taking the present<br />
assignment, he moved to<br />
Aurangabad to take charge as the<br />
General Manager, Welcom<strong>Hotel</strong><br />
Rama International from 2008-2010<br />
followed by General Manager <strong>of</strong><br />
Welcom<strong>Hotel</strong>, Vadodara in 2010-11.<br />
iKim Underhill has been<br />
appointed as the Regional<br />
Head - South East Asia, Electrolux<br />
Pr<strong>of</strong>essional. Based in Singapore,<br />
Underhill will oversee Electrolux<br />
Pr<strong>of</strong>essional South East Asia <strong>and</strong><br />
<strong>India</strong> operations with sales <strong>of</strong>fices in<br />
Singapore, Malaysia, Thail<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong><br />
<strong>India</strong>. In her 20 years <strong>of</strong> experience in<br />
the food service industry, she has held<br />
key positions in sales & marketing,<br />
business development <strong>and</strong> general<br />
management.<br />
Prior to her appointment at Electrolux<br />
Pr<strong>of</strong>essional, she was the Vice<br />
President & General Manager <strong>of</strong> a<br />
multinational organisation overseeing<br />
its Asia Pacific operations, leading her<br />
team in the planning <strong>and</strong> execution <strong>of</strong><br />
key kitchen projects for international<br />
hotel chains.<br />
iRajesh Maheshwari has<br />
been appointed as Director<br />
<strong>of</strong> Finance at The Westin Mumbai<br />
Garden City. With over 17 years<br />
<strong>of</strong> experience, Maheshwari’s prior<br />
assignment was with The LaLit -<br />
Mumbai as Financial Controller.<br />
His previous work experience has<br />
been as the Regional Financial<br />
Accountant - Hyder Consulting<br />
Australia, Financial Controller -<br />
Stamford Gr<strong>and</strong> North Ryde in<br />
Sydney <strong>and</strong> as <strong>Hotel</strong> Controller<br />
at Sir Stamford at Circular Quay<br />
in Sydney. He has completed<br />
his Chartered Accountancy<br />
from the Institute <strong>of</strong> Chartered<br />
Accountants <strong>of</strong> <strong>India</strong> <strong>and</strong> has<br />
even obtained a certification in<br />
Certified Practising Accountants<br />
from CPA Australia.<br />

Ch<strong>and</strong>rashekhar Joshi<br />
Director <strong>of</strong> Operations<br />
Courtyard by Marriott, Mumbai International Airport<br />
iCh<strong>and</strong>rashekhar Joshi has been appointed as the Director <strong>of</strong> Operations at the Courtyard by Marriott, Mumbai<br />
International Airport. Joshi comes with 11 years <strong>of</strong> experience, along with knowledge in both operations <strong>and</strong><br />
sales. He began his career with Le Meridien, Pune in F&B before joining the Renaissance Mumbai Convention<br />
Centre <strong>Hotel</strong> in the F&B beverage department. He was promoted as the Sales Centre Manager in 2007. His last<br />
assignment was as Director <strong>of</strong> Sales & Marketing at JW Marriott, Mumbai. While at Renaissance Mumbai hotel, he<br />
h<strong>and</strong>led the sales function for the group. He was later promoted to Director <strong>of</strong> Sales at JW Marriott Mumbai.
