February 11, 1846 Copy of the confirmation of the grant of Rancho Sierra de Guyamaca in San Diego to Augustin Olvera on 11 August 1845 which was signed by Pio Pico as Governor and Jose Matias Moreno his secretary. Copy certified by Olvera. 2pp. Span. Translation included. June 3, 1846 Certiicate of good conduct granted to Canaca Jose Mariano addressed to the Comandant of the Guard of Los Angeles. Signed at Los Angeles by Luis Jordan and co-signed by Narciso Botello and Francisco J. Alvarado. 1p. In Spanish. November 6, 1846 Receipt or statement of account for goods purchased from the trading ship Moscow which was engaged in the coastal trade during the late 1840's. No date or name. 1p. In Spanish. ca. 1847 A duplicate copy of the same bill rendered by Francisco Ocampo to the United States Naval and Land Forces for operations in California for the sum of Two hundred and eleven dollars ($211.00) for oxen, sheep, forage and wood furnished to the forces on their march to Los Angeles. The documents were certified by J. Bidwell, Quartermaster, H. Rowan of the Naval Forces, and by Commodore R. F. Stockston. The signature of the Ocampo is certified by Juan Bandini.
