Corporate Partner Opportunities
The ASC Foundation supports the ASC by funding activities in Education, Advocacy and Research. These activities can
be opportunities for corporate partners to participate in the ASC’s mission. By underwriting these opportunities, your
company attains maximum visibility and credibility among the leaders in cytopathology. The ASC Foundation invites
you to become a part of the ASC’s efforts to foster excellence in cytopathology and reap the benefits of a relationship
between the ASC and the cytopathology community.

ASC Annual Scientific Meeting
Travel Scholarships
The ASC Foundation awards $2,000.00 each to five qualified
cytotechnologists, who are ASC members and in their first two
years of practice, to attend the ASC Annual Scientific Meeting.
This scholarship, based on need and merit, defrays registration,
travel and hotel costs, and includes funding for one workshop,
a panel luncheon, and per diem allowance.

Pathology Residents or Cytopathology Fellows, who are ASC members
to attend the ASC Annual Scientific Meeting. This scholarship, based
on need and merit, defrays registration, travel and hotel costs,
and includes funding for one workshop, a panel luncheon and
per diem allowance.

Patient Advocacy Grant

The ASC has increased emphasis on public education and awareness
and understanding of the need to adopt early detection practices –
especially women regarding cervical cancers. The ASC Foundation
is funding Patient Advocacy Grants, which are available to ASC
members, advocacy patient groups and neighboring societies.
The ASC Foundation awards one Patient Advocacy Grant ($10,000)
annually for ongoing or new projects focusing on advocacy efforts
for patients with gynecologic and other cancers, or to educate
patients on the need for effective screening programs.

A 50% deposit of the total amount
must accompany all agreements.
Final payment is due by September
15, 2013. A commitment is due
by September 1 st , in order to have
your name and advertisements
listed in the Program Book. Deposits
are non-refundable. Cancellation
requests must be in writing.
Corporate partners must verify that
they have no connection to the
decision-making process of any ASC’s
Annual Scientific Meeting program.
The ASC appreciates the role that
industry can play in support of
educational activities. Recognizing
the importance of this role, the ASC is
committed to maintaining a mutually
beneficial partnership with industry.
