Advertising in The ASC Bulletin
Reach ASC Members by advertising in The ASC Bulletin, the official
newsletter of the ASC. This newsletter is targeted to pathologists,
cytopathologists, cytotechnologists, students and other members of
the related medical and scientific fields. The newsletter is published
six (6) times each year and issues are emailed to all members of the
Society. For additional information on advertising, please contact
Debby MacIntyre Sheldon at the ASC National Office.
Mailing Lists
Meeting Registrants Only: Let registered attendees know exactly where
you will be located at the Annual Scientific Meeting. You’ll have the
opportunity to reach interested professionals prior to the Meeting,
with a preview of what you will be exhibiting at your booth.

Exhibitor Product Showcase
The ASC is offering exhibitors and
corporate partners of the ASC’s
61 st Annual Scientific Meeting the
opportunity to organize a limited
number of independent product
showcases. These product showcases
will take place during designated
times on Sunday, November 10 th and
Monday, November 11 th and provide
a unique and intimate setting
for in-depth discussions and
presentations with registered
attendees. For more details contact

for Product Showcases)
Deadline: August 30, 2013
Handouts and Giveaways
All giveaways and handouts, with the exception of literature,
must have written approval of the Society prior to the Meeting.
Literature and materials are limited to the area rented by the
exhibiting company in the ASC Exhibit Hall. Distribution of samples
of products and souvenirs is permissible and will be limited to those
items relevant to the professional interests of the registrants and
must have a value of $10.00 or less per item. Such requests must be
submitted to JoAnn Jenkins by September 16, 2013. The ASC will
request removal of unapproved items.
