Withdrawal Policy<br />
To formally withdraw from the College, students must contact their student services advisor.<br />
The withdrawal is considered official when all forms have been completed and returned<br />
and all financial obligations have been met. Official transcripts of work completed are<br />
not issued until all obligations to <strong>Chamberlain</strong> have been met. For information regarding<br />
the refund policy, refer to your enrollment agreement or Academic Catalog or visit<br />
