Sydney, Australia; - Mr. Patrick T. Prendergast, Ph.D., The Chairman of Kenilworth Exploration Pty Ltd. is<br />
pleased to announce that Mr. David A. Bending B.Sc., M.Sc., P Geo. and Mr. Edward J. Prendergast M.Sc.,<br />
M.A., B.A.I., M.I.E.I., have been appointed to the board of directors effective May 21st, 2012.<br />
David A. Bending M.Sc., P.Geo. has 25 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining worldwide<br />
with emphasis on the Americas. He has a M.Sc. in Economic Geology and Geochemistry from the<br />
University of Toronto and a B.Sc. (Geology) from the University of Oregon. His career in exploration and<br />
management includes three years with TexasGulf Exploration, fourteen years with Homestake Mining<br />
Company and eight years in successful consulting and management of junior mining companies. Mr.<br />
Bending has worked for The Bunker Hill Company and Rio Tinto Canadian Exploration Ltd and has held<br />
Directorship positions with VP Duran Ventures Inc. and Mine Corp Int. Inc. He has been responsible for<br />
kimberlitic and diamond discoveries in Canada and Brazil and metallic mineral deposits throughout the<br />
Americas. He currently manages a geological consulting practice based in Reno, Nevada, with clients and<br />
projects throughout the Americas. He is fully conversant in Portuguese, Spanish and French in addition to<br />
English and is familiar with mining law, mining development trends and business practices. Mr. Bending is<br />
involved in a number of venture projects and investments and has held directorships in numerous publicly<br />
traded companies. The Corporation believes Mr. Bending will broaden the skill set and experience of the<br />
board of directors and assist with the corporate expansion and development of Kenilworth Exploration Pty.<br />
Ltd in the coming months.<br />
Edward J Prendergast M.Sc., M.A., B.A.I., M.I.E.I., has over 30 years’ experience in civil infrastructure &<br />
environmental works relating to mining and oil explorations. He obtained his M.Sc. in metallurgy from<br />
Trinity College Dublin and also qualified with a degree in Engineering Science. Edward also has a M.A. in<br />
mathematics. He had operated as a consulting engineer in Ireland, Papua New Guinea, Somalia, Ethiopia<br />
and Australia and has worked with BHPB (MinEx), Sasol, Africa Oil, Africa Minerals and other entities. He<br />
has extensive on-site project management experience and specialises in the area of environmental impacts<br />
of explorations works. Edward has already worked as an independent consultant with Kenilworth<br />
Explorations on its initial explorations in Australia.<br />
The Corporation believes that the addition of Mr. David Bending and Mr Edward Prendergast will broaden<br />
the skill set and experience of the board of directors.<br />

Kenilworth Exploration is a privately held Sydney based company carrying out exploration on its three<br />
projects in the Lachlan Fold Belt, in the central west New South Wales. The Properties cover a total area of<br />
over 1097 Sq. Km. The Lachlan Fold Belt is a long standing, proven mineralized region host to several world<br />
class mines including Cobar’s Endeavour, CSA and Peak Mine; Tritton Mine; Mineral Hill; and new<br />
discoveries at Mount Boppy, Hera, Tottenham, Wonawinta and Nymagee.<br />
