Satisfaction Surveys
Our Satisfaction Survey was introduced on our website in June. Each time parents, family
members and advocates receive meeting invitations from us, they are directed to this site.
Paper copies are available if requested. Every concern is shared with the appropriate department,
although feedback thus far demonstrates overall satisfaction with our services. Here are
a few remarks we have received:
- The staff is extremely professional, kind, happy and dedicated. I feel very fortunate to
have my daughter in your programs.
- I like the strength of the individualized programming. All interests are being nourished.
- I am very happy to be a part of this agency.
- My son has been involved with your programs for many years. He appears to have great
experiences and shows productive growth from it.
- Transportation is reliable and is almost always on time. We understand how difficult the
bus routes must be and very much appreciate the fact that our daughter has the bus to
take each day.
- The program has been good for him in the sense of giving back to the community,
developing a work ethic and preparing him for the possibility of a job in the future. God
bless all of you for all you continue to do for my son.
We greatly appreciate the time people take to complete the survey and always welcome any
thoughts and comments as they help us improve our services. To access this link, look on our
website — www.saratogabridges.org or contact the Corporate Compliance Officer, Julianne
On July 22nd the Alpha OPTS program thoroughly entertained
their audience with their rendition of the variety TV show, Hee
Haw. Held at the Ballston Spa High School, the evening included
singers, guitar players, back up dancers (like Chrissy pictured above)
and even bad jokes from the corn field! Everyone enjoyed the fun
and good humor.
Nicholas (left) and Danielle and her mother Debbie (right) enjoy an afternoon at our
paper making workshop for children with special needs. The fun filled day included the
opportunity to work alongside our artists from Creative Endeavors.
Every day is full of possibilities!
