As you consider your Annual Fund support
this year, here are some ways your gift will
impact the students at De La Salle. One
hundred percent of Wish List donations
directly support our programs. A donation
at any level is greatly appreciated because
every dollar counts. Please use the attached
envelope to grant a wish.
$56 will provide the monthly lease payment
for one student to use the Tablet PC
$250 will cover the cost for a student to attend
a retreat at La Salle Manor in Plano, IL
$550 will help purchase five
cheerleading uniforms
$700 will enable one young woman to participate
in the Nicaragua Science Trip this summer
$750 will provide for one theatre production
$1,000 will cover the full cost to purchase a
Tablet PC
$2,500 will help purchase a video
conferencing system to engage 8th graders in
a high school classroom experience
$5,000 will supply art materials at the Institute
and Lourdes Hall campuses for one year
$9,450 will cover the cost of tuition for one
student this year

Honor Key Award Nominations
Each year, the Alumni Association awards the Honor Key Award at the Annual Alumni
Banquet. All Honor Key recipients are graduates and/or former faculty and staff
members of De La Salle Institute who have distinguished themselves by their achievements
while at De La Salle and/or by their civic or commercial success. Nominations are
received and reviewed by the Directors of the Alumni Association. Up to three awards
will be given out at the Alumni Banquet on Friday, October 5, 2012. The Alumni Association
welcomes any and all nominations for the 2012 Honor Key Award.
If you know of a former De La Salle student, faculty/staff member, athletic director,
coach or trainer who is worthy of receiving an Honor Key, please submit their name with
the completed form below and any other attachments that may aid in the consideration of
the candidate.
