Q: Does the program qualify for reimbursement under JDMP (<strong>Jaguar</strong> Dealer Marketing<br />

Program)<br />

A: YES…<strong>Jaguar</strong> dealers who do a <strong>Jaguar</strong> exclusive eNewsletter will receive 100%<br />

reimbursement through JDMP.<br />

Q: Are <strong>Jaguar</strong> dealers receiving special pricing with the JNA endorsed program<br />

A: YES…JNA has negotiated a special rate for <strong>Jaguar</strong> dealers to save in a great many ways!<br />

• First, the initial eNewsletter setup fee is waived… a savings of $500.<br />

• Second, the monthly cost is just $699, which includes added-value features: Show<br />

Your Phone text coupons along with, DriveLiveTV video and a SmartPhone<br />

Module. Regular price is $1,120, <strong>Jaguar</strong> dealer’s savings is $421 per month.<br />

• Third, a special <strong>Jaguar</strong> Sponsorship rebate -- $100 per month -- for first 12-months<br />

has also been provided.<br />

Bottom-line… the monthly cost is just $599…. and is reimbursable through JDMP<br />

Q: What additional support is JNA contributing<br />

A: <strong>To</strong> support the <strong>Jaguar</strong> Platinum Celebration campaign and to ensure fast start success for<br />

all <strong>Jaguar</strong> dealers, JNA is covering 100% of enrolled dealers’ December eNewsletter costs..<br />

<strong>To</strong> take advantage of this offer, your dealership must be enrolled in the program by COB<br />

<strong>November</strong> 30.<br />

<strong>Jaguar</strong> is also providing a $100 subsidy/month toward January, February and March 2011<br />

dealer eNewsletters. This incentive will be provided to all enrolled dealers as of December 31.<br />

Additionally, <strong>Jaguar</strong> has negotiated a subscription for a supplemental eNewsletter<br />

communications feature known as OEM Spotlight. This feature will be used to create and<br />

support <strong>Jaguar</strong> marketing to drive sales to your dealership.<br />

Q: What about JLR “dual” dealerships<br />

A: Your <strong>Jaguar</strong> eNewsletter effectiveness is maximized when targeted to <strong>Jaguar</strong> enthusiasts,<br />

owners and prospects. Therefore, it’s strongly recommended to maintain the content focused<br />

solely on your <strong>Jaguar</strong> audience. Recognizing that smaller non-metro JLR duals will need<br />

an alternative, a JLR combined eNewsletter is eligible for 50% reimbursement through JDMP.<br />

The additional monthly fee to add Land Rover content is $250.<br />

Q: Can a <strong>Jaguar</strong> dealer include or feature another franchise in their <strong>Jaguar</strong> eNewsletter<br />

A: NO… the newsletter must be solely dedicated to the dealer’s <strong>Jaguar</strong> franchise to qualify for<br />

the negotiated pricing and JDMP reimbursement. The only exception is non-metro <strong>Jaguar</strong><br />

dealers who are dualed with Land Rover.<br />

Q: Are there masthead design options for <strong>Jaguar</strong> dealers to choose from for their<br />

eNewsletters<br />

A: YES… <strong>Jaguar</strong> dealers have a variety of <strong>Jaguar</strong>-approved options to choose from. A <strong>Jaguar</strong><br />

dealer must utilize one of the pre-approved designs to qualify for JDMP reimbursement.<br />

Q: Can <strong>Jaguar</strong> dealers customize their eNewsletters and add/eliminate content.<br />

A: YES… prior to IMN’s distribution of your eNewsletter to customers, the eNewsletters are<br />

sent to dealers for their review each month containing <strong>Jaguar</strong>-specific product and lifestyle<br />

content/video… yet <strong>Jaguar</strong> dealers retain the ability to edit the content by adding or<br />

eliminating articles and promotions for their dealership’s eNewsletter.<br />

Q: Sorry, I’ve spent my entire marketing budget for <strong>2010</strong>.<br />

A: NO PROBLEM… JNA is allowing you to use your JDMP to offset the cost of this program.<br />

Q: I’m not selling enough cars to spend the money on an eNewsletter.<br />
