Special Events Advisory Recommendation<br />
The following recommendations <strong>of</strong> the Committee are forwarded to <strong>Council</strong> for approval in<br />
principle subject to any conditions that may be required by the Special Events Advisory<br />
Committee:<br />
1) Event: Athletics NorthEast Running Club Duathalon<br />
Location: Gould’s<br />
Date: June 3th, <strong>2012</strong><br />
Time: 8:00 am to 10:00 am<br />
Back Line Road - Ruby Line to Doolings Line<br />
Cochrane Pond Road<br />
Ruby Line - Main Road to Robert E. Howlett<br />
Residents have already been advised <strong>of</strong> the proposed road closures, no objections were raised.<br />
Access will be maintained for emergency vehicles at all times.<br />
Recommendation:<br />
It is the recommendation <strong>of</strong> the Committee that <strong>Council</strong> approve the above noted events, subject<br />
to the conditions set out by the Special Events Advisory Committee.<br />
