RECOMMENDATION<br />
It is recommended that the tender be awarded to the lowest bidder Infinity Construction Ltd. in the<br />
amount <strong>of</strong> Two Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand, Seven Hundred Seventy-Seven Dollars and Eight Cents.<br />
