Entry: All divisions: $145.00 Stabling: $ 50.00 Grounds fee: $ 15.00 Stall deposit: $ 15.00 (separate<br />
check (only) payable to Rackensack Pony Club)<br />
1) ENTRIES: All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Accepted,<br />
no fee. If under-subscribed by the published close date, the close date will be extended and $30<br />
processing fee will be assessed. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25<br />
with entry. If oversubscribed, priority given to USEA members. Incomplete entries will be returned!<br />
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry-Less $25 ONLY if place<br />
can be filled from waiting list. Competition cancellation-refunds prorated after expenses.<br />
Changes after C.D.=$30 office fee. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Copy<br />
of current negative Coggins must accompany entry. EIA checker on grounds (fee included with<br />
entry). Arkansas State Law. Original copy of Coggins test must be presented on arrival. No<br />
exceptions.<br />
2) TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Sat: Dressage-7:30 am; Crosscountry-11<br />
am; Show Jumping-2:30 pm.<br />
3) AWARDS: Award & 6 ribbons per division. Additional awards for the highest placed Pony Club<br />
member per division. Must state Pony Club membership on entry form.<br />
