1) ENTRIES: NO FAXED ENTRIES. All entries must be COMPLETE & received by C.D. to be considered<br />

timely. Any entries postmarked before opening day will be returned unopened. Double entries:<br />

Not accepted. Late Entries: Accepted if entries are under-subscribed, Closing date will be extended.<br />

Entry must be complete and received by sec'y with additional $50 handling fee, conditional to<br />

organizer's approval. A $50 charge for bounced checks will be assessed. Lost pinny= $30.00, no<br />

pinny deposit. ENTRY CHANGES after CD: subject to $50 handling fee, conditional to org's approval.<br />

Refunds: Before C.D.-Full refund; After C.D.-Less $50 office fee ONLY if place can be filled from<br />

wait list. Stabling/No refund. No phone withdrawals will be accepted; faxes or emails only, please.<br />

Competition cancellation: pro-rated after expenses. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12<br />

months, LEGIBLE copy must accompany entry.<br />

Thursday: Stabling open for horses at 12:00 Noon unless early arrival arrangements sent with entry.<br />

6:00 PM; Competitor's Dinner and Party: 6:00-8:00 PM
Saturday: Dressage-8 am, T(Jr), N & BN;<br />

Cross-Country-9 am AI, I, P, T; Stadium Jumping-10 am, N & BN(Levels 1 & 2)
Sunday: Sunrise<br />
