Governor Bryant Appoints New Members to MHC Board of Directors
Bosarge, Jones, Davis to Serve Six-Year Terms
Jackson, MS—The Mississippi Home Corporation (MHC) today announced three
appointments to its Board of Directors: Randy Bosarge of Ocean Springs, Tony Jones of
Olive Branch, and Clint Davis of Clarksdale.
All three were appointed for six-year terms by Governor Phil Bryant and have been
confirmed by the Senate.
“I am pleased to make these appointments,” Bryant said. “Access to quality housing is
foundational to a healthy society, and I am confident that these three individuals have the
talent and dedication to help Mississippi Home Corporation fulfill its mission.”
Randy Bosarge is the President and Owner or Superior Builders and Developers in Ocean
Springs, MS. He is the Vice President of the Home Builders Association of Mississippi.
Prior to his position with Superior Builders, Mr. Bosarge was the General Superintendant
to Sunrise Construction and Development Corporation for six years after serving
seventeen years with the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.
Tony Jones has been an active realtor for 36 years and opened Olive Branch's first
Century 21 franchise in 1987. He has been instrumental in developing numerous
residential and commercial properties through the Cherokee Development Company,
including the golf course community in Olive Branch, Cherokee Valley.
Clint Davis is the President of Mississippi Limestone Corporation. He also serves on the
Boards of Directors of the MS Valley Branch of Associated General Contractors and
Covenant Bank. He served as the president of the McAlister Grain Corporation for 13
years.
The Mississippi Home Corporation was created by the State in 1989 to serve as the

State’s Housing Finance Agency. In that capacity, MHC administers the Mortgage
Revenue Bond program and the Housing Tax Credit program, among others. MHC’s
mission is to enhance Mississippi's long-term economic viability by financing safe,
decent, affordable housing and helping working families build wealth.
