<strong>Governor</strong> <strong>Bryant</strong> <strong>Appoints</strong> <strong>New</strong> <strong>Members</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>MHC</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> Direc<strong>to</strong>rs<br />

Bosarge, Jones, Davis <strong>to</strong> Serve Six-Year Terms<br />

Jackson, MS—The Mississippi Home Corporation (<strong>MHC</strong>) <strong>to</strong>day announced three<br />

appointments <strong>to</strong> its <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> Direc<strong>to</strong>rs: Randy Bosarge <strong>of</strong> Ocean Springs, Tony Jones <strong>of</strong><br />

Olive Branch, and Clint Davis <strong>of</strong> Clarksdale.<br />

All three were appointed for six-year terms by <strong>Governor</strong> Phil <strong>Bryant</strong> and have been<br />

confirmed by the Senate.<br />

“I am pleased <strong>to</strong> make these appointments,” <strong>Bryant</strong> said. “Access <strong>to</strong> quality housing is<br />

foundational <strong>to</strong> a healthy society, and I am confident that these three individuals have the<br />

talent and dedication <strong>to</strong> help Mississippi Home Corporation fulfill its mission.”<br />

Randy Bosarge is the President and Owner or Superior Builders and Developers in Ocean<br />

Springs, MS. He is the Vice President <strong>of</strong> the Home Builders Association <strong>of</strong> Mississippi.<br />

Prior <strong>to</strong> his position with Superior Builders, Mr. Bosarge was the General Superintendant<br />

<strong>to</strong> Sunrise Construction and Development Corporation for six years after serving<br />

seventeen years with the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.<br />

Tony Jones has been an active real<strong>to</strong>r for 36 years and opened Olive Branch's first<br />

Century 21 franchise in 1987. He has been instrumental in developing numerous<br />

residential and commercial properties through the Cherokee Development Company,<br />

including the golf course community in Olive Branch, Cherokee Valley.<br />

Clint Davis is the President <strong>of</strong> Mississippi Limes<strong>to</strong>ne Corporation. He also serves on the<br />

<strong>Board</strong>s <strong>of</strong> Direc<strong>to</strong>rs <strong>of</strong> the MS Valley Branch <strong>of</strong> Associated General Contrac<strong>to</strong>rs and<br />

Covenant Bank. He served as the president <strong>of</strong> the McAlister Grain Corporation for 13<br />

years.<br />

The Mississippi Home Corporation was created by the State in 1989 <strong>to</strong> serve as the


State’s Housing Finance Agency. In that capacity, <strong>MHC</strong> administers the Mortgage<br />

Revenue Bond program and the Housing Tax Credit program, among others. <strong>MHC</strong>’s<br />

mission is <strong>to</strong> enhance Mississippi's long-term economic viability by financing safe,<br />

decent, affordable housing and helping working families build wealth.<br />
