Jeff Clarke<br />
Chief Executive Officer and President<br />

Jeff Clarke is Chief Executive Officer and President of <strong>Travel</strong>port and serves as a<br />
Director on the <strong>Travel</strong>port Board of Directors, appointed in May 2006. He also serves as<br />
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orbitz Worldwide.<br />
Mr Clarke has 21 years of strategic, operational and financial experience with leading high-technology firms.<br />
Prior to <strong>Travel</strong>port, Mr. Clarke was Chief Operating Officer for CA (formerly Computer Associates). Before<br />
joining CA, he was Executive Vice President, <strong>Global</strong> Operations for Hewlett-Packard Company (HP), where<br />
he was responsible for the largest global supply chain and procurement operations in the technology industry.<br />
As Executive Vice President, Merger Integration, Mr. Clarke played a key role in integrating the operations,<br />
financials and cultures of HP and Compaq Computer Corporation following the $19 billion merger of the<br />
two companies. He is widely credited with leading the team, which identified and captured more than $3.5<br />
billion in savings.<br />
Mr Clarke began his career with Digital Equipment Corporation in 1985. He joined Compaq in 1998<br />
following its acquisition of Digital and served in various positions of increasing responsibility in strategic<br />
finance before being appointed Compaq’s Chief Financial Officer in 2001.<br />

Alex Christou is a Managing Partner in Accenture’s <strong>Global</strong> Transportation & <strong>Travel</strong> Services Operating Unit<br />
and is based at the London office. He is a member of the Board of Accenture in UK & Ireland and leads<br />
Accenture’s <strong>Travel</strong>, Consumer, Retail, Life Sciences and Construction industries. During his 20 year career<br />
with Accenture he has primarily worked with clients in the tour operator, transportation, airline, hotel and<br />
construction industries assisting in major transformational programmes in the front and back office. Alex has<br />
led Accenture’s relationship with WTTC for the past 5 years.<br />
Alex obtained a First Class Honours degree in Mathematics from Imperial College, London in June 1984,<br />
and Doctorate in Mathematical Physics from Trinity College, Oxford in February 1987. He was elected as a<br />
Research Fellow at St John’s College, Oxford prior to joining Accenture in July 1987.<br />
