Dear B.E.S.T. Unit,<br />

I hope you had a fabulous holiday season! I want to take this moment<br />

to say thank you so much for being a special part of our unit. You<br />

make our goals and dreams possible! I am so excited about what this<br />

new year will hold for our unit! I can’t wait to watch us grow and to<br />

help you reach your goals and land among the stars at Career<br />

Conference! Have you made your plan to attend I know it will be<br />

worth it! Have you set your goal of where you want to be (ON<br />

STAGE!) Make sure to share it with me! I can’t wait to encourage you<br />

towards it!<br />

I am so excited about the hope this new year brings! Don’t you feel<br />

like anything is possible The possibilities in Mary Kay are truly<br />

endless. What’s your vision for this new year Where do you want to<br />

be Now is the time to set a day aside to dream and then set your<br />

goals to make that dream a reality. If you fail to plan- you plan to fail. I<br />

encourage you to take a day to decide where your future lies. Will<br />

there be a “new you” for this year Where do you want to be in<br />

2012<br />

The habits you form today determine your future. Do you realize that if<br />

you choose just one new habit every 3 months, at the end of a year you<br />

will have 4 new habits for success Just think of what that could do for<br />

your business! If you set a goal to warm chatter 5 people each week,<br />

and make your next habit to follow up with 2 people each day- imagine<br />

the bookings you will have! Warm chattering 5 people a week for 2012<br />

would be 260 prospects! If just 1/3 of them became Miracle Set<br />

customers, you’d have 100 NEW Miracle Set customers! If you figure<br />

they purchase just 2 sets a year- that’s at least an Emerald Star each<br />

quarter with ease! What could you do with $13,000 next year And<br />

that’s just from the basics- what about Microderm Body Care Our<br />

fabulous glamour It’s today’s habits that take you there! And that’s<br />

just sales! Working full circle- you’ll be giving classes away to your<br />

new prospects in no time!<br />

With that excitement and big picture vision in mind, where will you<br />

begin today I find that often when I get excited about a big goal, I can<br />

also get overwhelmed by it. By breaking that goal down into quarterly,<br />

monthly, and then daily goals, you can eat that elephant one bite at a<br />

time. It also gives you an attainable and motivational helper each day.<br />

How many of you have put a picture on the fridge to remind you to<br />

diet I have heard of students who figure out how much each class<br />

costs them to motivate them to show up for each class when<br />

unmotivated.<br />

As you begin to break down your goal, focus on making those goals<br />

happen. Form those habits. Make one warm chatter attempt each<br />

day. Don’t go home until you do. Don’t forget- Wal-Mart is open<br />

24-7! So, you can always find women out that you can talk to! It’s<br />

such a great moment to realize that you are a Mary Kay Beauty<br />

Consultant who is dedicated to representing Mary Kay wherever you<br />

go!<br />
