Already in 1971, we set standards with the first Europress in regard to gentle vintage processing. Continuous further

In this system, the press drum is equipped with extremely narrow conical slots. Shape and orientation of these slots
guarantee the highest quality in juice and prevent the slots from being blocked up.

The press drum of the closed press system possesses hinged or removable interior juice channels, which are
equipped with extremely narrow slots. The juice drains out of the outlet fittings directly into the juice tray.

We are the only grape press manufacturer to offer the dual system, combining the advantages of closed and open
systems. Customers can use the press with an open or closed system, depending on their requirements and
preferences. The exterior juice channels can be easily and quickly mounted or demounted, giving our customers
maximum long-term flexibility for their choice of press-system.

We manufacture each Europress completely by ourselves– including the electronic controls.
Our modern machinery operated by professional staff, combined with solid handcrafted production, gives our
customers the highest grade products, both technically and qualitatively.
For over 30 years, our experts in the electronics department have been working exclusively on the development,
programming, and production of the Europress’ electronic controls. This enables us, beyond offering our customer
a state-of the-art product and quick spares provision, to guarantee a competent service in every respect.
Today, already over 70 % of all Europress grape presses leave our factory as custom-tailored items.
Our design department welcomes every new challenge and offers maximum flexibility and adaptability to the
individual requirements of our customers at home and abroad.
We realise that our equipment really is only a small contribution to wine making – but since 1928, we have been
doing our utmost to make this contribution as perfect as possible.
