Our Multi-Competence Team Concept
One essential element of the MBA program is the team
experience. Therefore, the Multi-Competence Team (MCT)
concept is applied in all Mannheim Business School programs.
As the concept hinges on two basic tenets for an
ideal learning experience – diversity and continuity –
participants of the Mannheim Part-Time MBA are assigned
to heterogeneous teams at the beginning of the
second program year. The Multi-Competence Teams will
work together on different course assignments as well as
the Business Master Project. This forms a major part of
the learning process, as project management, intercultural
competence and leadership skills are of utmost importance
to successfully complete the joint project. Your
MBA is a time of self-exploration – and your MCT will
help you make the most of this opportunity!
