The core courses of the Mannheim MBA are complemented
by additional managerial soft skill trainings
and seminars. These courses support you to develop
and enhance key managerial skills to prepare you for
the multitude of challenges arising in today’s business

Team coaching sessions and joint projects with your
classmates and your MCT, such as the Business Master
and the Social Sustainability Project, will enhance
your interpersonal skills in diverse settings. They will
