for agricultural machinery but also perforated
sheets and perforated sheet products of all kinds,
profiled safety gratings, stairs, steps, step assemblies,
semi-finished parts and ready-to-assemble

and process techniques ranging from CAD to CNC
perfection in manufacturing, we offer you a

Get up safely and stay there: we, with your cooperation,
develop and construct steps, ladders and
platforms for secure access and safe footing. To
fit all types of agricultural machinery – as needed
either as single elements or pre-assembled.
Standard steel steps
Graepel steps are manufactured as
pressed parts from one piece with a high
percentage of open area and particularly
anti-slipping surfaces. We produce
steps in diverse styles, sizes and material
thicknesses, either for attachment by
screwing or welding.

Perfect in performance, individual in design: ventilat
Working in the fields kicks up dust and dirt.
To make sure that always enough fresh air, but no
foreign particles reach the engine and the interior,
we manufacture ventilation grilles with small
perforation in cooperation with your designers.
They are of course especially constructed for your
agricultural machines and made to fit perfectly.
Front grille for Fendt “Favorit 900”
Due to the small pitch the front grille is
distinguished by a high percentage of open
area. It is pressed with convolutions in a
large curve – and at the same time bowed
in the horizontal.

The grille is manufactured of stainless steel and black
powder-coated on top.

The side panel is supplied already powdercoated
for immediate mounting with all
small parts already assembled.
Front grille for John Deere 6000 series tractor
A high percentage of open area with small hole diameter
guarantees optimal cooling. The grille is pressed in form with
convolutions – for stiffening purposes and to increase the air
intake volume. Supplied as a four-part assembly set for easy
mounting.

Optimal in performance: sieving, separating, drying.
A sure harvest under high yields No problem
with our nose sieves, straw walkers, concaves
and nozzle sheets. Production according to
your specifications ensures that these sheets
as well fit your machinery like a glove.
