State-of-the-art technology for highest efficiency
Convincing innovations:
● Automatic cycle-wise feeding of the timber pieces to the chain carriers by means
of brush-type feeder and cycle rollers (Picture 1)
● Secure holding of the timber pieces during processing in through-feed direction
by means of non-positive and positive clamping
● Highest shaping accuracy: pre-scoring, hogging and shaping carried out by the
proven and tested Weinig spindle quality
● One- or two-sided glue application for various adhesive systems
● Longitudinal or crosswise separation ensuring a reliable transfer
to the feed-in track (Picture 3)
● Feed-in track ensuring exact joint alignment and adequate longitudinal
buffer to continuously fill the press installed downstream
● Power feed attachment for pre-pressing of the finger joint
