out after servicing/major snag rectification is
cleared till documents, including cannibalization
are complete and vetted.
99 In order to ensure that only capable
person is working on the flying machine a
proper record of proficiency book 1081 of
every individual is to be maintained.
99 Proper manning plan of the human
resource.
99 Finally, for all of the above, all necessary
aids must be provided by the Technical
administration.
