Provide the resource to the team from the DTIM‐ State Highway<br />
Programs personnel related to any fiscal <strong>and</strong> program schedule<br />
issues that could adversely affect the management of State<br />
Highway Programs.<br />
Provide the resources to the team from the Region <strong>and</strong> statewide<br />
Majors Committee representatives regarding policy decisions <strong>and</strong><br />
change management decisions (Fiscal Budge change) <strong>and</strong><br />
schedule changes across SFY’s.<br />
