JUDGING SCHEDULE
Miniatures – Monday 9/2 @4:00 p.m. – Pavilion
Mini Performance – Tuesday 9/3 @ 9:00 a.m.

Ponies/Intermediate Drafts - Friday 9/6 5:00 p.m. — Pavilion
Division I - Miniatures - Entry fee - $10. Anyone wishing to stall must make their
request after August 1.
Division II – Ponies - Entry fee - $10 per horse. Ponies must be on grounds by
Wednesday and will be released on Saturday.
Division III – Intermediate Drafts - Entry fee - $10 per horse. Intermediate drafts
must be on grounds by Wednesday and will be released on Saturday.
The Superintendent will assign stalls
ANIMALS STALLED MUST BE SHOWN.
ENTRY /FEES:
A. Close August 16.
B. Fee of $10.00 per head will be charged for individual classes and $10.00
per entry for group classes.
C. Fees required for both mares and colts.
D. Remittance for entries and exhibitor's tickets must accompany entry.
E. Entry fees are not refundable.
F. All substitute exhibits MUST be entered at the Livestock office by 12:00 p.m.
Monday in order to show.
G. Late entries only by approval of Superintendent. An additional fee of $5.00
will be charged for late entries.
H. BOOKS WILL BE CLOSED AND NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE AFTER
6:00 P.M. WEDNESDAY.
I. Entry forms must list name and registration numbers of animals entered and
names and registration numbers of sire and dam. All exhibitors and their
helpers are required to carry the registration certificates for each animal into
the show arena.
J. Animal cannot be entered in more than ONE division.
K. Exhibitors may make as many entries in each class as desired, but no
exhibitor will be allowed more than two premiums in any one class.
L. Exhibitors must have correct entry number with them in show arena.
PASSES:
A. Each exhibitor may purchase one Livestock Exhibitor Ticket for $20.00 for a
full week or $10.00 for a half week. Caretakers may also purchase
exhibitors tickets, but no more than one ticket for each 1 animal entered.
Tickets are non-transferable.
STALLS:
A. Stalls may be requested for full week, but may not be available.
B. Stalls must be cleaned by 8:00 a.m. each day and refuse disposed of as the
Superintendent may direct.
SPECIAL DEPARTMENT RULES:
A. Exhibitor must furnish own harness hooks.
B. Ages must be computed from January 1st.
C. All animals need to be tied with neck ropes on studs.
D. The only ribbons that may be displayed are those won at this year's Eastern
Idaho State Fair.
E. Judge may allow points for personal appearance of exhibitor. It would be
advisable for all exhibitors to have a clean and neat appearance when
showing animals.
F. Classes may be switched at the discretion of the Superintendent.
DIVISION I — MINIATURE HORSES
Miniature Horses in Performance Classes cannot show same team in
more than one class.
The miniatures will be divided into two categories:
1 — 34” and under 2 — over 34” but not to exceed 38”
