The Bennion Center, in collaboration with the university’s Rio
annual AFB trip to the Rio Mesa Center. Rio Mesa Center
is a real-world laboratory where students exercise integrated
thinking about humans and their place in biologically
complex and fragile systems. The center promotes studies and
professional training at the interface of history, anthropology,
biology, art and human sustainability around the following
