3. Only a maximum of five (5)
different activities may be put on
each Electronic Board at a time.
4. Each message must not
exceed four (4) 13-character lines
(including spaces).
5. The use of the Electronic Board
may be reserved for a maximum of
two (2) slots per activity. A slot
pertains to five (5) working days or
one (1) week of use (Monday to
Friday).
6. The Electronic Board runs from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from
Mondays to Fridays and 8:00 a.m. to
12:00 noon on Saturdays.
Procedure
1. Accomplish the reservation slip
and E-board stub. Have these
approved by OSA.
2. Proceed to DSWS for

the AMPC college cafeteria may be
used by any student group of the
Loyola Schools provided that such
announcements affect people outside
the group/organization.
General Parameters
1. Reservation of slots for the
Digipost Plasma TV must be coursed
through the LS-MIS Office at least
ten (10) working days prior to the
actual use of the television.
2. Posting on the Digipost Plasma
TV is free of charge for the Ateneo
community. Reservation will be on a
first-come, first-served basis.
3. The actual materials for posting
on the Digipost Plasma TV must
be received by the LS-MIS Office
upon reservation for a slot. This is to
allow Digipost to properly integrate
the files into the existing loops.
